This Privacy Policy contains the treatment that Internet Networks LLC (from now and on referred as myPBX) will give to the personal information received by: a) persons or organizations that contact myPBX by any communication channel including personal meetings and b) the persons or organizations that Order any service or product (such persons or organizations will be referred from now and on as Customer)

Customer information may be stored in electronic media or physical documentation (referred as System from now and on)

myPBX is a Limited Liability Company inscribed in the State of Georgia in the United States with address at 1100 White Street SW, Atlanta GA
SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
myPBX doesn’t request personal sensitive information

PERSONAL INFORMATION GATHERED
The customer most provide accurate and complete information to myPBX and it’s the sole responsible for the correctness of its information recorded at myPBX System.
myPBX gathers information to: identify the Customer needs; contact the customer by phone, email and other electronic media when needed; create invoices and charge for its services; quote services; offering of additional services; invite the customer to events where myPBX is participating; and inform the Customer about updates to our platform and System.

LIMITATION OF INFORMATION USE AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
We use the gathered information to the uses described in the paragraphs next to each data form request. We don’t use the information for other reasons with the exception of special cases where we consider that the information can be used to locate or realize legal actions against persons that are infringing our Service Conditions or causing damages and interfering over the rights of third parties, in all cases we require an order issued by the corresponding authorities to disclosure the information.

ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELACTION AND OPPOSITION)
The customer may access its personal information at any time in the myPBX Customer Panel where he can modify, rectify, request the cancellation of its account or oppose to the information treatment.
Such request most include the reasons of such request, an autograph signature and a copy of the ID belonging to the person that signs the request; if it’s an organization an authorized functionary most sign the request.
In a lapse no longer than 30 days once it’s request is received we’ll attend its request and provide a resolution by email.

CONSENT
To revoke your consent we provide the same procedure described in the ARCO Rights.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
myPBX doesn’t share any Customer information with Third Parties.

WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW WE USE THEM
Cookies are little information files that are sent by a website to your browser and stored in your local hard drive. Cookies are used to determine your preferences when you connect to one our websites, also to track behavior and activities realized within our websites.
In order to proper function some pages from our websites require cookies to be enabled, but you can disable cookies any time.

PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION
Our order services form and in general all our websites use an SSL Certificate (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt the provided information so it cannot be read by third parties when travelling in the Internet. We strongly suggest that you do not share with anyone your login information. At all times the Customer is the sole responsible of keeping its login details and other service sensitive information private.

MINORS PRIVACY
myPBX doesn’t request personal information from any minor. Minors cannot Order myPBX services. If myPBX detects that any minor it’s ordering or using its services the service and information will be deleted immediately.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
This Privacy Policy may be changed in the future and you’ll receive a notification by email if there are changes.

PRIVACY POLICY ACCEPTANCE
This Privacy Policy constitutes a legal agreement between the Customer and myPBX. When the Customer contacts myPBX by any communication channel this privacy policy is accepted automatically.
